For the smoothie
  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 1/2cup frozen raspberries
  • 1/2 – 1cup baby spinach leaves
  • 1-3tsp ground flaxseed
  • 1tsp maca powder
  • 1tbsp raw cacao powder
  • 2-3 pitted dates
  • 1/3cup non-dairy milk
The toppings (optional)
  • 2tsp goji berries
  • 1tsp shredded coconut
  • 1tsp raw cacao nibs
  • 1tsp chia seeds
  • 1tsp buckwheat groats
  1. Add the milk and dates to a food processor or high powered blender and blend together. Add the remaining smoothie ingredients and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour the smoothie out into a bowl and add whatever toppings you like. Serve immediately.
