Ingredients
  • 3cup organic brown rice crispies
  • 1/3cup nut butter(almond butter, peanut butter etc.)
  • 1/3cup sticky liquid sweetener(brown rice syrup, date syrup, maple syrup)
  • 1tsp vanilla essence
Instructions
  1. Prepare a tray with baking paper or lightly grease it with oil.
  2. Add the nut butter, sweetener and vanilla essence to a small sauce pan over low heat. Heat for a few minutes until the mixture has come together and is very runny.
  3. Add the rice crispies to a bowl and pour over the liquid mixture. Stir through to coat all the rice crispies.
  4. Press the mixture very firmly into the tray and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
