  • 1cup pitted dates
  • 1cup rolled oats
  • 2tbsp maple syrup
  • 1tbsp raw cacao powder
  • 1tbsp shredded coconut(optional)
  1. Soak the dates in hot water for 10 minutes to soften them.
  2. Drain the dates and put them into a food processor fitted with an s-blade with all the remaining ingredients except the coconut.
  3. Process until a thick paste has formed – if it’s too sticky add a few more oats.
  4. Roll into golf ball sized balls and roll in coconut if you want to. Keep refrigerated.
