Made these the other night. Slightly modified the recipe as had no maple syrup so used coconut oil instead. This is a great base recipe and I decided to throw in some pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, chia seeds and a bit of coconut. Definitely a healthy snack option to have with a cup of tea at night. Not super sweet which is great, is amazing how your taste buds adjust when you start cutting out refined sugars from your diet.
